More content. Same voice.
We build AI content pipelines for marketing teams — from ideation to publish, with your brand voice encoded as guardrails and a human approving every word that goes out. Output scales. Quality doesn't slip.

The pipeline
From brief to published, without the bottleneck.
Most teams use AI as a blank page. We build it as a production line — five stages, each one engineered, with humans holding the gates that matter.
Nothing publishes that a person hasn't approved. Nothing gets approved that the guardrails haven't checked. That's the whole philosophy.
Ideation
Topic generation driven by your briefs, your keywords, and what your audience already reads. Angles are scored and ranked — your team picks from a shortlist instead of staring at a blank doc.
Drafting
First drafts written in your voice, structured for your formats: blog posts, product pages, email, social. Structured outputs, not chat transcripts.
Brand-voice guardrails
Your style rules encoded as automated checks: tone, terminology, claims you never make, disclaimers you always include. The model can't drift because drift gets flagged.
Human review gates
Every piece lands in a review queue sized to your team. Approve, edit, or reject in one click. Nothing reaches your CMS without a person signing off.
CMS publishing
Approved pieces flow straight into your CMS — formatted, tagged, scheduled. No copy-paste, no re-uploading, no "wait, which version went live?"
A real pipeline
One run of a content pipeline.
What a weekly content batch looks like when the machinery is built right. The guardrail catch in the middle is the point.
The difference
Before Seiko. With Seiko.
Typical before
- AI drafts that sound like everyone else's — then get fully rewritten
- Brand voice drifting from post to post as different people prompt differently
- Publishing bottlenecked on one person's weekends
- No record of what was reviewed, changed, or approved
- Content calendar that exists mostly as intentions
With Seiko
- First drafts that sound like you — because they're calibrated on your writing
- Guardrails that catch off-brand claims before a human ever sees them
- Every word reviewed by a person, tracked in a queue
- Publishing scheduled weeks ahead, straight into your CMS
- A full audit trail: draft, checks, reviewer, decision
What a pilot looks like
Six weeks. One content stream.
We don't start with your whole content operation. We start with one stream — say, the blog or the newsletter — and prove the pipeline there. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Weeks 1–2 · Voice calibration
We analyze your existing content, encode your style rules, and produce the first sample drafts. You red-pen them; the calibration learns.
Weeks 3–4 · Pipeline build
Ideation, drafting, guardrails, and review queues wired together and connected to your CMS. Test batches run end to end.
Weeks 5–6 · Live run + handover
Your team runs the pipeline with us shadowing, then solo. Training included. The stream keeps shipping after we step back.
Representative engagement shape — exact scope and timeline are set during the free audit.

FAQ
Asked before we start.
The calibration phase exists to prevent exactly that. Drafts are scored against your own published writing for voice match, and every piece passes through a human reviewer before it publishes. Generic output gets caught at the guardrail stage, not by your readers.
Your style rules — tone, terminology, banned phrases, claims you never make, disclaimers you always include — are encoded as automated checks that run on every draft. Violations route to the review queue instead of publishing. The rule set is versioned, so you can tighten or loosen it as your voice evolves.
WordPress, Webflow, and headless CMSs are routine. Anything with an API, we can wire up. If your CMS is unusual, we'll tell you during the audit whether integration is straightforward or needs custom work.
You do. Everything lives in your accounts and repositories — your CMS, your model keys, your code. We hand over full documentation and training, and nothing stops working if we walk away.
Sample drafts from the calibration phase land in week two of a pilot. A typical pilot runs six weeks, end to end. Fixed scope, fixed price — agreed before we start.
